Going to RACQ MotorFest 2024 is even more special when you’re a part of the action. Register to display your vehicle and enter the vehicle judging for your category by completing the instructions below. Then get set to have a great time!
How to register a vehicle

- Look for confirmation email outlining your registration details. No paper letter will be sent.
Vehicle registrations will close on Friday 10 May 2024, or earlier should the event capacity be reached.

How much does it cost to register to display a vehicle?
It is free to register and display a vehicle at MotorFest 2024.
Am I required to enter my car into the competition if I want to display?
Not at all, you can opt out of the judging portion by selecting this option when completing your registration form.
How does the vehicle judging work?
- Judging for MotorFest 2024 will be conducted prior to the event, with winners announced on the day.
- Vehicles will be judged as per the category they enter. Categories include American, Asian, Australian, British, Electric, European, Modified, Motorcycle/Scooter, Veteran and Vintage.
- When you submit your registration form you will need to upload 4 photographs of your vehicle.
- Judges will use both the photograph and information provided including vehicle description, restoration details, modifications and noteworthy features, etc. to determine the category winners.
- Be sure to provide a detailed description as to why your vehicle is the best in its category and should take home the prize.
Please note: there must be at least 3 vehicles entered into any one category for Judging to occur. The MotorFest Team will contact you to advise if the category you selected doesn’t have sufficient numbers.

Best Dressed Competition
A new addition for 2024, celebrate fashion through the ages and come dressed to match the era of your vehicle. The Best Dressed fashion parade will occur at the main stage at 12pm. A prize will be offered for the best dressed entrant. If you do not wish to be entered in the best dressed competition, please select the ‘no’ option when completing your registration form.

MotorFest Event Badge
Badges can be purchased at the event for $20 each. Badges will be available for sale exclusively to vehicle registrants between 7am and 10am, after which time they will be made available for sale to all event attendees.
